Credit Card User Verification

The security code (also known as CVV2 or CVC2) is a 3 digit number found on the back of the card. The reason we request a security code is to ensure that the person using the card actually has it in his or her possession.
Please ensure your shipping address is your billing address. If required, we will request for supporting document, i.e credit card bill statement displaying your address.

We only accept payment from verified account with confirmed address. We understand that a confirmed address is not possible for certain countries; therefore we may accept payments with unverified addresses, depending on the outcome of the verification process. If required, we will request for supporting document, i.e utility bill displaying your shipping address.

We trust only genuine buyers have interest to ensure Secure transaction is carried out for both ends.
If you choose not to cooperate with us during verification process, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment without any advance notice.

Bank Transfer payment
|

If you choose to use bank transfer payment method, you don't have to pay the 5% handling charge by paypal. Nevertheless, you will need to pay for the international and our local HSBC bank transfer charge. For our local HSBC bank transfer charge is US$8.00, while for overseas or international bank transfer charge, please check with your local bank service. We request for full payment before processing order.

Pre-payment method
|
|
Pre-payment system is offered to help our long-term customers and resellers to save money and ordering lead-time. Customers can deposit any amount in advance to our bank account via bank transfer (not transfer via Paypal), which will then be transferred to their retailer or reseller account. Customers can use the available fund in the account to make purchase anytime. Once orders are placed, we still process the orders in timely manner. Most importantly, you save on the bank charges on every invoice transactions and your order gets processed immediately.

| TAXES, CUSTOMS, DUTIES |
|
Import tax, customs & duties regulation vary from country to country. Some countries have relaxed regulations on the import taxes whilst other may not offer such benefit. You will have to check with your country’s custom and excise duty department for further information.
Below is some basic information for your references.

Import Duty & Sales Tax
|
Most countries have two types of charges when importing goods from overseas - Sales Tax (VAT, GST) and custom duty. These amounts are usually not significant compare to your invoice value. They are calculated based on the declared value (and shipment value in certain countries). However, some categories of imported goods are exempted from taxes in certain countries.
Fact: In Australia, GST and custom duty are only applicable for imported goods with invoice value above AUD1000.

Declare Value
|
|
When importing bulk quantity of goods into your country, there may be stricter regulation in place to control such activity. However, small quantity of goods can be imported more freely. The “bulk quantity” and “small quantity” are differentiated by the value threshold and this may vary from country to country.

Declare Content
|
The category of goods that you declare will determine whether you need to pay or how much you need to pay the import duty or sales tax.
The declared content of the parcel must be accurate and true for custom purpose. Any customized declaration requested from us is at your own risk. It is your responsibility and risk to bear should the custom within your country decides to seize your parcel due to incorrect description of parcel content.

How do I pay import duty and taxes:
|
If you use DHL, fedex or UPS as shipping option. These courier companies will usually pay the charges on behalf of you and they will subsequently issue an invoice to you. You can make payment to them using cash or credit card.
If you are making a bulk quantity purchase, i.e more than 2 boxes, you can consider hiring a professional licensed custom broker to assist you on the parcel clearance.

Drop shipping & import taxes:
|
When you use Uniqbe drop ship service, it means you buy from us and we ship on behalf of you to your customer without you handling the goods. This means your customer is the consignee of the parcel being sent from Uniqbe Hong Kong warehouse. In this event, your customer is the importer of this parcel. Thus, your customer bears full responsibility of the tax and import duty if applicable. Please ensure you and your customers are fully aware about this situation.
Important:
We remind you that you, as a dropship vendor have full responsibility to inform your dropship customers about the status of their order, which are as follows:
Origin of the item (i.e Hong Kong)
The courier company
Parcel tracking number
Date of arrival
Potential tax and import duty charges
Warranty or Guarantee
Any other agreement you wish to establish between you and your customers.
Under these circumstances, Uniqbe Limited does not bear whatsoever liability directly or indirectly.
In the event that your customer refuses to pay for the import duty and sales tax or fail to comply with the import process, it will be you as the dropship vendor to bear full responsibility.
If you fail to inform your customer about the import duty and sales tax, we advise you to compensate your customer the amount billed to them to resolve the case.
We, Uniqbe Limited as a retailer, dropshipper and wholesaler at no time, will bear the sales tax and import duty on behalf of our reseller customers.
If you consistently fail to inform your customers on import responsibilities, leading to delivery exceptions, we reserve the right to close your account without any advance notice.

Drop shipping
|
Drop shipping is a supply chain management technique to help retailers to minimise stocks. When using dropshipping service, retailers transfer customer orders to dropshipper and wholesaler like Uniqbe Limited. Uniqbe Limited then ships the goods directly to the customers. Hence, retailer can expand their product range with zero cost. The retailers make their profit on the difference between the wholesale and online retail price.
Return policy for dropship service:
In an unlikely event where the stock sent to your customer is DOA (Dead on Arrival), we offer an immediate replacement if the matter is reported to us within 7days grace period. We believe 7 days is sufficient to find out if there are any problems with the product.
After the 7 days grace period Uniqbe Limited takes no responsibility if the item becomes faulty (unless warranty is purchased).
If warranty is not purchased and you still would like us to offer repair service, you can arrange the product to be sent back to us. We will get a quote from the repair centre on behalf and you can decide whether you want to carry out the repair or not.
Please note that in event of DOA, we will bear the redelivery cost to you or your customer. However, in event of warranty or repair service is required; you will have to pay for the redelivery cost.

Wholesaling usually involves bulk quantity purchase.
Uniqbe Limited offers great opportunity for new and small businesses to expand their business at minimal cost by offering wholesaling prices to our customers at MOQ of 5units per model only. We update our pricing every 24hours. So you can be sure that you’re getting the most updated price like buying from traditional wholesaler channel. You can save your time at marketing and selling the products on our online store.

Shipment Charges

We offer competitive shipment rates for shipment via DHL, Fedex, UPS and Hong Kong Post (Air Mail). The shipment charges are calculated using our built in system which can be referred on each product page.

DHL, Fedex & UPS Courier Service
|
|
Shipment via DHL, Fedex and UPS usually arrives within 2-4 working days. You can track the status of the parcel with the provided tracking number at the respective websites of the delivery company.

Hong Kong Post Service
|
|
We do offer HK Post (Air Mail) service as an alternative for budget shipment. The shipment lead time is longer but at cheaper rates. The shipment usually takes 14 working days most of the countries. However, for certain countries, it may take up to 21 working days. It is a good delivery option when purchasing low value items ie: accessories. We automatically use registered mail service for all HK Post (Air Mail) service to ensure signature is required upon delivery. Registered post cost is included in the freight charge.

Reroute Your Orders Shipment
|

Should your customer or yourself require change of delivery address or re-route of parcel, please contact us for further arrangement as additional charges apply, which currently cost USD 10 per parcel. This charge is subject to changes and penalty will be issued for arrangement made without our consent.

Extended Shipping Area
|
Despite all the shipping costs for all the countries stated in our website, some extended areas like rural, remote and less-accessible locations may require extra charges.which currently cost USD12 per parcel. Failing to pay up the extra charges will result in suspension of the retailer or reseller account with Uniqbe Limited.

What should you do in case of the purchased item/s is in faulty condition?
|
Uniqbe Limited suggested you to email us firstly. We had been able to fix 40% of the product defect with simple repair advice over the email. In the email subject, please state the faulty item invoice number together with the word &Item Fault*. Then, please elaborate the fault reason of the item in the email body. We will follow up with you within 24 hours.
In event of warranty service is required; you will have to pay for the full redelivery cost.

Our stocks are purchased directly from the distributors, wholesalers or established traders. We can assure you the quality of our products are excellent.

| YOUR ORDER |
Once you placed an order successfully, a confirmation email will be sent to you. We will attend to your order within 24hours. Below are the few stages in our order processing before your order is shipped.
Stage 1: Each payment must pass credit check before proceeding to the next stage.
Stage 2: Order processing team will prepare the relevant document – export document and airway bill for your shipment.
Stage 3: Your order will be packed along with the prepared documents in the warehouse.
Stage 4: Hand over your order to the courier company. Record your tracking number in our system and notify you.
Order status: Your order can be tracked online with the provided shipment tracking number.
Order cancellation: If you want to cancel the order which you have paid, you must write to us in email. In any circumstances where your communication is not prompt and your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. Uniqbe Limited will not be liable for this. We might also charge order cancellation fee which the amount is decide by us.

| REBATE PROGRAM |
After login, reseller can click on "Rebate History" on the left column to view the details of cash rebate. This includes the rebate points and the rebate amount.

Cash rebate will be credited to reseller’s pre-payment account on the 20th of every month. i.e. Your April’s total cash rebate will be calculated automatically by Uniqbe system on the 15th May. Subsequently, your pre-payment account will be credited with that amount.

The rebate percentage increases as the accumulated points increases as shown below.
5,000 points - 0.5%
* reseller entitled to 0.5% of cash back on total purchase of that month.
10,000 points - 0.65%
15,000 points - 0.8%
20,000 points & above - 1%
Terms & Conditions:
All cash rebate will be sent to resellers’ pre-payment account only.
The points accumulated are only valid for each of the month and they cannot be carried forward to the following month.
Uniqbe reserves the right to refuse any cash rebate if certain transactions are found to be fraudulent.
